Blades standard Morso original for models F-FC-H-EH-EHT
The original Morso blades are manufactured with HR64 hardness steel against the HR 64 hardness steel used on average in the other blades. This means a longer life.
All models by Morso can use these blades except EHXL model for which use larger blades.
The Morso blades can also be used for guillotines different from Morso (such as guillotines Hansen, GH8100, Valiani) except for guillotines by Cassese.
The blades for guillotines have three holes to be fixed to the cutting block. They have a thickness of about 9 mm and are very sharp, so require much attention in handling.
There are two types: normal type and reversible.
The normal type has a cutting length of 22 cm and can cut frames with a maximum width of 10 cm.
The reversible type has a cutting length of 13 cm and is made so that it can be used from both ends. When the reversible blades are consumed at one end, they should be inverted and moved to the other side of the cutting block.
Blades should be sharpened every 4/6 months according to the volume of work of the framer.
It is therefore advisable to keep a couple of spare blades so as not to run without when they need to be sharpened.
They are sharpened in pairs otherwise would have a different height. It is therefore advisable to keep them stored in pairs.
