Mitre guillotine Morso, foot operated, model F
The Morso guillotine is used to cut both sides of the rod at 45°.
All Morso guillotine models are manufactured in Denmark by Dan-List. Morso guillotines are the best known and most used in the world. The machines currently supplied are the result of continuous evolution and continuous improvement since the first guillotine produced over 80 years ago.
The basic model of the Morso guillotine is the F model
The Morso F measurement system consists of 3 millimeter scales:
1) The first ladder is placed on the supporting edge
2) The second scale is perpendicular to the supporting plane
3) The third scale is placed on the measuring stop.
It is a system that guarantees absolute precision but is not easily understood by the beginner.

The guillotine comes with a standard pair of blades. They are HR64 hardness steel blades. It is a type of steel that guarantees a much higher than average duration. Original Morso spare blades can be ordered:
