Plate for system SpringLock Kit B - Pack 50 plates + 100 screws
Security hanging system has two purposes:
1) firmly fix the frame to the wall in order to avoid accidental falls.
2) reduce the risk of theft or damage.
For these reasons the system is very useful if the paintings are exhibited in places open to the public such as schools, kindergartens, offices, hospitals or in places at risk of theft such as hotels, exhibitions, galleries, museums.
Rinaldin presents two security attack systems: the "Spring Lock" system and the "AS" system.
The "Spring Lock" system consists of KIT "A" and KIT "B"
KIT "A" includes:
• A pair of "bridge" plates
• A pair of SpringLock springs
• Four screws to fix the two plates to the frame
These are the steps for installing Kit "A":
1) Apply a "bridge" plate to the rear of the two vertical sides of the frame using the four screws that are included in the package.
2) Screw two screws to the wall corresponding to the position of the plates already applied to the frame.
3) Adhere the frame to the wall so that the heads of the two screws enter the appropriate holes of the two plates.
4) Insert the SpringLock spring (which locks the frame) on both plates.
The SL1 tool is required to unlock the frame. The SL1 tool must be ordered separately.

KIT B is used when the frames are hung in a very close position. In this case, in fact, it would not be possible to use the tool that unlocks the frames (code SL1).
KIT B consists of:
• A pair of plates to be applied on the high horizontal side of the frame
• A bridge plate to be applied on the lower horizontal side of the frame.
• Six screws to fix the three plates
• A SpringLock spring that serves for the bridge plate.
The installation steps of kit B are similar to the steps seen above for KIT A.
