Stop for Champ4 for hinge 622
For each kind of hinge you need a particular stop suitable to the shape of the frame, which keeps the hinge blocked in position:
The Champ4 can use 3 kind of hinges and needs therefore 3 different stops:
Stop C6220 for hinge 622
Stop C6234 for hinge 234 and 2341
Stop C6239 for hinge 239 and 2343
The stop must be fixed to the disc.
First we insert the two springs in the two holes of the disc.
Then we position the stop above the two springs and fix it to the disc with a screw.
The two springs have the task of keeping the stop distanced from the disc.
To regulate the distance between the disc and the stop its necessary to screw or unscrew the screws.
Then the hinge is positioned against the stop paying attention that the curl of the hinge's fold is facing downwards.
Two small chromed magnets have the task of keeping the hinge blocked in position during the application.
The stops are not included in the Champ4 and must be always ordered separately.
