Clip frames - cm 40x60
Clip frames are composed of:
- Grind glass
- Cardboard (300 grams/sqm), white on one side, black on the other. It can be then used any side as background.
- MDF panel of 4 mm of thickness, with slits from the edge to insert springs.
- Springs. The number of springs is related to the size of the frame.
- White courrugated cardboard. This box is preferable and more elegant than that one used in large distribution with foamboard and plastic film.
Clip frames with standard glass over 40x50 cm can easily break during transportation, therefore they can only be shipped on pallets (which involve an extra charge for packing).
For plastic glass (crilex) clip frames, instead, there are no breaking risks.
