Corrugated "Corri-Cor" double-wave cardboard covered with brown kraft paper on both sides. Lightweight but stiff.
Buffered with calcium carbonate. PH neutral.

On one side the surface has undergone a particular anti-humidity treatment. This feature is very useful for paintings that are hung on walls subject to humidity.
