A-Plus T2400 Double Mitre Saw
The T2400 double-bladed miter saw is used for cutting rods at 45°.
It is suitable for framers with a reasonable volume of work (at least 20 frames per day).
Produced in Italy.
The saw is equipped with a pneumatic control that allows for smooth and adjustable descent, precise cuts and quick return.
During the descent of the blade, the rod remains firmly blocked by four vertical pressers which keep it in position.
The saw is also equipped with two horizontal pressers which are used to push the rod against the support bar.
The support surface is 240 cm long. On the right side the plane is diagrammed for quick and accurate measurement.
Three precision stops are included, one fixed and two foldable (for the long side and for the short side).
The maximum width of the rod to be cut is 10 cm.
The diagrammed plan allows a maximum cutting size of approximately 130 cm for thick rods and approximately 140 cm for thin rods. However, it is possible to obtain a greater length if you use the right extension.
The saw is supplied with a pair of 40cm diameter circular blades with a 30mm hole.
The 45-page saw technical manual with many illustrations is supplied with the saw.
